ภาษาไทย (TH)มูลนิธิสถาบันธรรมชัย เป็นองค์กรสาธารณกุศลไม่แสวงหาผลกำไร ได้รับอนุญาตให้จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งเป็นมูลนิธิถูกต้องตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ ทะเบียนเลขที่ ปท ๑๒๔ เมื่อวันที่ ๓๐ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ (ตามใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งมูลนิธิ ม.น. ๓) และได้จดทะเบียนแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมข้อบังคับของมูลนิธิและแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการชุดใหม่ เมื่อวันที่ ๒๒ มิถุนายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ (ตามใบสำคัญ ม.น. ๔)

- ส่งเสริมสนับสนุน การศึกษาและฝึกอบรมของพระภิกษุสามเณร
- ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการจัดอบรมด้านวิชาการ ศีลธรรม และวัฒนธรรมแก่เยาวชนและประชาชนทั่วไป
- ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนเชิดชูเกียรติคุณของพระภิกษุสามเณรผู้มีศีลาจารวัตรงดงาม เป็นผู้ปฏิบัติดี ปฏิบัติชอบ ตั้งใจเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา เป็นเนื้อนาบุญของโลก
- ดำเนินงานด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์
- ดำเนินการหรือร่วมมือกับองค์กรการกุศลอื่นๆ เพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์
- เผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาแก่ประชาชน โดยวิธีการใดๆ ให้ปรากฏทางวิทยุ โทรทัศน์ หนังสือพิมพ์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่ออิเลคโทรนิค หรือสื่ออื่นๆ ในการเผยแพร่
- ส่งเสริมสนับสนุนการปลูกป่า และพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ไม่ดำเนินการเกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองแต่ประการใด

Objectives of the Foundation (Form Mor.Nor. 3)
- To promote and support the establishment and operations of the Dhammachai Institute.
- To promote and support the education and training of Buddhist monks and novices.
- To promote and support academic, moral, and cultural training programs for youth and the general public.
- To honor and support Buddhist monks and novices of exemplary moral conduct dedicated to propagating Buddhism for the benefit of the world.
- To conduct social welfare and public relief activities.
- To operate and collaborate with other charitable organizations for the public benefit.
- To propagate Buddhism to the public through radio, television, newspapers, print media, electronic media, and other communication channels.
- To promote and support reforestation and environmental development.
- To remain strictly non-partisan and not engage in any political activities.
